Having a party at the Funky teapot couldn't be easier! Just follow the 3 simple steps!
When making your booking, please select Table 5 and include "Birthday" in the notes, along with the number of guests/children/age and type of party (listed below).

Choose items ranging from as little as £10 per head. You can choose your items before the party or choose on the day.

We guide and help everyone with various techniques that can be tailored to the guests - for example, child friendly patterns that will fill your 1 hour slot so generally everyone finishes together.
Leave the mess for us to clear up and enjoy the rest of the day!
For children under 12, an adult is required to stay for the duration of the party.

For small parties up to 6 guests, we suggest that you pick and choose from our wide range of pottery to suit your budget and just free paint. We help get you started, but the budget, items, design and fun is up to you.
Standard
Guided Party
£10.00-£15.00
Each guest selects either a mug or one of several shapes of cereal bowl, then we take them through a sequence of stages to create uniquely patterned pieces that they will treasure for many years to come.
Premium
Guided Party
£18.00 -£25.00
Each guest chooses a larger item within your selected budget. During the painting, we guide them through a series of instructions, to create their iconic pieces.
Bespoke
Guided Party

By pre-arranging this party we can create a unique project just for you. We will discuss both your budget and design suggestions and come up with something truly special.
The design possibilities are endless and we will chat through your requests before the party.
Most Popular Party: The Standard Party
Select a mixture of different sized mugs or bowls, so everyone has a choice. Items offered range from £10 - £15 per head. We will discuss your budget on booking.
- Stickers can be used to add names and designs to your item.
- Choose from 24 colours to paint the outside.
- Choose a second colour for the inside
- We then demonstrate spots and dots and another colour, should you wish.
We make sure at each stage all the guests are finished, so everyone finishes at approximately the same time.
Finally, should you wish, we will sing Happy Birthday to round it all off!
You can come back 7-10 days later to collect all your items (one person can collect for the whole party).
Can't make it in for your special day? Takeaway your party!
Our takeout kits include everything you'll need for a painting session wherever you may be - paints, brushes, palettes and colour chart.
- Choose your item/items
- Select your colour kit size - choose between 5, 10, 15 or 24 colours (deposit of £10-£45 based on kit size refunded upon return)
- Takeaway your kit and enjoy your painting!
- Return the full kit and painted pottery within 10 days for firing
- Collect your finished items 7-10 days later (one person can collect all items).
